Central Library Leeds - I will be there on Saturday 21st August between 1.30 and 2.30. I will be reading from my books and answering any questions about my writing. I will also bring some books for people to buy and, of course, I will sign them.

Garforth Library - Thursday 26th August between 1.30 and 2.30. Again, it will be a book reading and signing session.

I'm really looking forward to these sessions as one of the best things about being a picture book writer is reading my books out to children.

I'm really proud to be part of the Morley Literature Festival this year. I have lived in Morley for nearly 20 years. I am originally from Bradford - all of 6 miles away.

I will be reading my books at Morley Library on Saturday 9th October at 11 am. I will also be signing and selling books.

This year's festival will include Will Self, Iain M Banks and John Shuttleworth. Other names have yet to be announced.

For anybody who doesn't know where Morley is, it is to the south of Leeds. If you don't know where Leeds is, it is in Yorkshire. And if you don't know where Yorkshire is, it is the centre of the Universe.    

You can buy my signed books from my website but to make things easier I have now set up a 'shop' on ebay. I know a lot of people prefer to buy things from ebay and already have accounts set up. If you want to buy them through ebay just type in the title of your required book - you will soon find me. 

Scholastic have a Storytime section on their website which gives hints and tips for sharing certain books with children. They have now included You Can't Eat A Princess! in this section.
