I must say a big thank you to Ruth Coleman at Inis Magazine, which is a children's book magazine.
Ruth has written a lovely review for 'You Can't Eat A Princess!' She has mentioned a couple of lines that I had in my head before this story was fully formed :
"We love princesses here," said one alien.
"I like mine with chips," said another alien. "Yum, yum."
Sometimes when I'm writing, a piece of dialogue or an event will pop into my head and just stay there until I put it in the story. When I was writing The Teddy Bear Scare the line was, "Don;t you dare cuddle me! I'm not that kind of bear anymore."
At the moment I am writing some How To ebooks on writing. I've learnt so much on my road to publication and I feel that my knowledge will help other writers. I am busy with my first draft where I put everything down! I will soon have to edit it.
